Epiphanybay Jacob, purebred Cleveland Bay colt born April 21, 2016
     CBHS USA 262
Dam:  Epiphanybay Serendipity CBHS 221 USA
     Sire:   Pembridge Joshua CBHS 2682
$9000.00*
Jake has demonstrated a superb temperament with a willingness to learn and please. He is smart and has quickly learned basic
ground manners while still being curious and inquisitive. He has a correct conformation with a nice neck and back, plenty of bone
and a very handsome head. He is all bay with no white. He has nice fluid movement. A Cleveland Bay breeder from the UK
remarked to us that Jake has some of the best Cleveland Bays of all times in his pedigree. Jake’s movement is very forward
demonstrating athleticism with smooth transition between gaits and flying lead changes. Jake has already caught on pretty
quickly to walking in hand like a gentleman. He is handled a minimum of twice a day and we try to introduce something new every
other day like the tractor, walking through the barn (without his dam), walking in mud and water, allowing him to check out
anything that gets his interest while maintaining his attention. Jake will be trained for loading and unloading on the trailer.

He is handled by our farrier every 6 weeks starting with picking up his feet, cleaning, tapping on his feet and eventually trims. He
will get exposure to the vet as needed and all of his vaccines will be current. The new owners always get a copy of vaccine record
as well as all health records. We register all our foals with the CBHS as they hold the official stud book and pay the transfer fee
when sold.  Jake has been microchiped with the international 15 digit chip. The microchip is registered with Petlink.net and is
transferred to the new owner at their option and expense.

We are hoping to place Jake in a breeding home to stand as a stallion. The inbreeding coefficient for Jacob was 0.2290 with the
recommended inbreeding coefficient for 2015 to be less than 0.2263.  Both his dam and sire are in Sparks Band E. In his
pedigree he has many of the most influential Cleveland Bays in the fourth, fifth and sixth generations. Of primary interest are the
stallion Wiscombe Arthur and the mare Ballybay. Wiscombe Arthur whose dam is Gerrick Tinkerbell brings in Grading Register
genetics. The mare Ballybay, who is the dam of Midshipman and Fisherman, contains influential mares in her pedigree in both
the dam and sire lines. Both Wiscombe Arthur and Ballybay are present in both the dam and sire lines of Jacob in the fourth
through sixth generations. Although his inbreeding coefficient is 0.0027 above the recommended value, we are hopeful his
connection with many influential horses will carry through to his progeny. We believe that he has a lot to offer the breed and
destined to excel as a stallion and produce some phenomenal offspring.  We would like to place him in a home which will benefit
the breed through promotion, showing and breeding.*
Epiphanybay Issac, purebred Cleveland Bay colt born May 27, 2016
      CBHS USA 263
Dam:  Epiphanybay Constance CBHS 206 USA
      Sire:   Bensington Bluestone CBHS 2627
$9000.00*
Epiphanybay Issac is a very handsome boy, compact, well balanced, free moving with rhythmic gaits, very willing to please, with
an easy going attitude. He is all bay with no white. Issac has caught on quickly with his ground work and manners. Issac always
goes out of his way to either greet us at the gate or in the pasture often following us in the pasture as we walk down the driveway.
He is handled a minimum of twice a day and we try to introduce something new every other day like the tractor, walking through
the barn (without his dam), walking in mud and water, allowing him to check out anything that gets his interest while maintaining his
attention. Issac will be trained for loading and unloading on the trailer.

He is handled by our farrier every 6 weeks starting with picking up his feet, cleaning, tapping on his feet and eventually trims. He
will get exposure to the vet as needed and all of his vaccines will be current. The new owners always get a copy of vaccine record
as well as all health records. We register all our foals with the CBHS as they hold the official stud book and pay the transfer fee
when sold.  Issac has been microchiped with the international 15 digit chip. The microchip is registered with Petlink.net and is
transferred to the new owner at their option and expense.

We are hoping to place Issac in a breeding home to stand as a stallion. With regards to his pedigree and sparks compliance, the
inbreeding coefficient for Issac was 0.2267 with the recommended inbreeding coefficient for 2015 to be less than 0.2263. His
dam is in Sparks Band E and his sire is in Sparks Band F.  In his pedigree he has Forest Saga in the third and fifth generations.
Yet, the more significant horses in his pedigree are Masterful Jack, Gillshaw Comet and Gerrick Tinkerbell, all in the fourth through
sixth generations, and all going back to Grading Register horses. With the connections to Grading Register horses relatively close
in terms of generations, we were not concerned about the inbreeding coefficient being 0.0004 over the recommended value. We
are hopeful that his breeding will maintain the diversity introduced by the Grading Register horses in his pedigree carrying through
to his progeny. We believe that he has a lot to offer the breed and destined to excel as a stallion and produce some phenomenal
offspring.  We would like to place him in a home which will benefit the breed through promotion, showing and breeding.
